Every year the Manhattan Beach 6 Man Volleyball Tournament gets crazier and crazier. this year nearly 15,000 people showed up to watch the volleyball, to see all the crazy costumes and to party. The sun was shining, the alcohol was flowing and everyone came out to have a good time. On Saturday the volleyball was more fun as the party teams were eliminated. Sunday was more serious volleyball but still a lot of fun. Neuro and the Neuro Team were both a big hit!
To truly get in the spirit of the tournament, many of the teams dressed up in funny (and sexy) costumes. Half the teams there were more interested in crazy costumes and partying then volleyball but that helped keep everything exciting throughout the whole weekend. Some of the best of the girls costumes included a tomb raider team complete with plastic guns and bullet belts, a star trek team and a long sock team with indescribably colorful costumes. The funniest of the guys teams were a water polo team in speedos and caps, a grandma team in dresses, an oompa loompa team and a tuxedo team.
Neuro was a big hit while helping everyone rehydrate and focus to make it through the long days of volleyball and partying.

The lowest being around 10,000 and the highest being around 50,000. There were 187 teams split almost equally between guys and girls.
